2026 Annual General Meeting Materials
September 16, 2026The annual meeting of the Stockholders will be in the Community Garden on Mount Riga, Salisbury, CT on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for stockholders of record as of August 14, 2026.
The agenda is as follows:
1. President’s Annual Report
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Committee & Task Force Reports:
a) Digital Technology Committee
b) Lake Management Committee
4. Approval of the Minutes of the 2025 Annual Meeting
5. Adopt the financial statements for the previous fiscal year
6. Approval of Directors’ actions during previous year
7. Election of Directors for ensuing year
8. Adjournment
Please sign and return the enclosed proxy to the Mount Riga office at the address or email above no later than 5 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2026.
