Ostrander Beach opens to permit holders tomorrow. The North Pond Rd (Green) gate will be left open. New signs and a chain which can be easily opened and closed by those using North Pond Rd will be installed on the posts just past the beach entrance, to discourage uninvited visitors from traveling farther along North Pond Rd.
