2022 Annual General Meeting

The AGM notice, proxy and packet of supporting materials was mailed on Thursday, September 1st. The AGM will take place in the community garden on the Mtn again this year. The date of the meeting is Sunday, October 2nd at 11:00 a.m. You may check in as early as 10:00 am.

There are a few deadlines to be aware of:

Lunch RSVP due by:  Friday, September 23rd or email to [email protected].

Proxies are due by:  Friday, September 30th at 5:00 pm.

You may also email your proxies to [email protected] or [email protected]. Bridget is not in the office every day, so copying the secretary address will guarantee I see it in time for the AGM.
