Hello Mt. Riga Community. I hope everyone’s having a great start to 2023. I’m letting you know that 2023 will be my last year as President, effective Oct 2023 (or sooner if the Board wishes). I will stay on the Board as a Director. Oct 2023 marks my 4th year as President, and also marks my 75th birthday; I wish to have more time with my grandchildren and other family and friends, and I hope that the next President is considerably younger than me! Directors and Officers will discuss Succession Planning at the Jan 25, 2023 Board meeting. We’ll do our best to keep you informed openly and transparently. My thanks to every one of you working so intentionally and conscientiously to keep our mountain special.
