After ten years, Ana Mia Chrysler wishes to transition out of the Corporate Secretary position, a job she’s managed extremely competently. Emily Vail wishes to continue as Assistant Corporate Secretary. The transition is expected to take place roughly between Oct 2020 and Feb/March 2021. The Corporate Secretary is an Officer of MRI, elected annually by the Board of Directors at the organizational meeting following the AGM, and a vital position in the governance of MRI. The Officers of MRI are requesting expressions of interest from members of the Mount Riga Community who are willing and able to make a minimum 3 year commitment to this important job. Attached is a job description. Being a stockholder is not a requirement. Under the current compensation schedule, the Corporate Secretary is paid $2000 per year. Time commitment varies throughout the year; approximately 2-5 hours per week. A job description is attached.
