Hope everyone has had some good Mountain time so far this summer!
Hard to believe it time to start thinking about the end of summer party but here we are.
We are planning for a chili cook off on Saturday August 30th and have secured Cinnamon Sky as our live band – so start working on your chili recipes… and consider volunteering to help.
Things we could use help on:
– Setup
– Clean up
– Sides and condiments
– Warming pans, sterno cans, paper goods, cutlery, etc.
– Drinks
– Coffee
– Ice
– Collecting fees
– Decorations, tiki torches, band coordination
Let me know if you might be able to pitch in. We will have some organizational meetings but attendance certainly not mandatory to help out.
