In keeping with the advisory vote taken at the 2021 Annual General Shareholder Meeting of the Stockholders of Mount Riga, Inc., the Donation Agreement and Deed between Mount Riga, Inc. and the Taconic Plateau Foundation (TPF) was fully executed Wed Dec 14, 2022, transferring the South Parcel of 174.58 acres in the Town of North East, Dutchess County, NY to TPF.
The Nature Conservancy – New York is in the process of being notified of the transfer. There is no change to the conservation easement rights and restrictions on the property.
