Dear Shareholders and Community Members:
The Board of Directors received an email on Friday October 8, from Alice Combes announcing her resignation as a Director effective immediately. She passes on the responsibility of caretaking our beloved Mountain and one another to the next generations, in whom she has absolute faith to work together to continue to strengthen MRI and preserve our beautiful Mountain.
Alice’s decades long legacy is assured, as a careful steward, a passionate champion and one of the foremost leaders of this place we all love.
The Board is responsible for filling the vacancy created by her resignation and is taking steps to do so. We’ll keep you informed.
We all wish Alice a well-earned respite, good health, and heavy snows this winter so she gets in some skiing!
