Dear All Mount Riga Inc. (MRI) Stockholders:
This is a final wrap-up notice of the completed sale of 33 shares of our MRI stock to the 10 Independent Shareholders who previously accepted our offer at $3,500 a share; the sale and transfer of which can now be concluded as intended.
As of COB June 4, 2020 the requirements of paragraph 2b of the Warner Family stockholder agreement have been satisfied by the requisite notification to the Corporation, followed by the 30 day notification offer sent to the shareholders of the Wells, Schwab and McCabe families by certified mail on May 4, 2020.
As further required by paragraph 2c, this is the final notification to all shareholders of said sale via the Mt Riga Message Board and Yahoo Group, along with the previous notifications as per my email Wednesday, March 25, 2020, 2:30:59 PM EDT to the Mountain yahoo group and MRI message board post of March 25, 2020, 6:34 pm.
