Hello MRI shareholders,
As previously announced, the current MRI President (Anne Williams) has resigned from the President’s position effective October 1st 2023 with 1-year remaining in her term (she will stay on as a Director) and the current Vice President (David Warner) will not be seeking reelection following the end of his term (also October 1st 2023).
A temporary Search Committee has been formed to prepare for the succession of the MRI President and Vice-President officers by conducting a search for qualified & interested candidates and recommending a short-list of candidates to the Board in May. It is then the Board’s responsibility to elect officers of MRI.
