I’m happy to announce that at its meeting Sunday May 30, 2021, your Directors elected two new Officers. David Warner was elected as Ass’t VP. As mentioned previously, Steve Phillips will not seek re-election as Vice President at the end of his current term. David Kluchman was elected as Ass’t Treasurer, to help Tom, and as part of MRI’s commitment to Succession Planning. Both Davids will serve until the Oct 2021 Organizational meeting. The Organizational meeting of the Directors is held directly after the stockholders Annual General meeting, and is primarily for purpose of electing Officers. At that time David W will stand for election as VP, and David K. will stand for election as Ass’t Treasurer. Thanks to you both!
